How we follow up

Not just a class… a complete follow-up system

Every step of the student journey is recorded, and parents always know what is going on.

01

QR attendance

Every student gets a personal code on WhatsApp when they enroll; attendance is recorded by scanning it at the door.

02

Absence alerts

When a student misses a class, the parent receives a WhatsApp alert.

03

A receipt for every payment

Each monthly payment sends a WhatsApp receipt to the student and the parent with the amount and month.

04

Online exams

Timed exams: multiple choice is graded instantly, essays and drawings are graded carefully by hand.
